CRV19 Intensive Mixer Working principle
Coarse mixing stage: The mixing disk of the inclined cylinder rotates to transport the material upward. After the material reaches a certain height, it falls downward under the action of gravity, and the material is coarsely mixed through horizontal and vertical movements.
High-precision mixing stage: After the material is transported to the mixing range of the high-speed rotor located in the eccentric position, a high-intensity mixing movement is carried out to achieve high-precision mixing of the material.
Auxiliary function of the scraper: The multifunctional scraper disrupts the flow direction of the material at a fixed position, transports the material to the mixing range of the high-speed rotor, and prevents the material from sticking to the wall and bottom of the mixing disk, ensuring that the material participates in the mixing 100%.
Structural design
Inclined cylinder structure: The whole is tilted, and the central axis forms a certain angle with the horizontal plane. The inclination angle determines the movement trajectory and mixing intensity of the mixed material in the container.
Agitator design: The mixing device is the core component, and the specially designed scraper is used to solve the residual material and avoid material accumulation, agglomeration, etc.
Transmission device design: Usually a combination of motors, reducers, etc. is used to achieve speed regulation and forward and reverse rotation, while considering factors such as transmission efficiency, stability and noise.
Control system design: used to control the mixer’s rotation speed, time, forward and reverse rotation, and other operations, as well as monitor the operating status of the equipment. It can also realize automated production, remote monitoring, data acquisition and other functions.

The interior of the equipment is smooth and has no dead corners, which is convenient for cleaning residual materials.
