2. Temperature control of the site
As the concrete mixer usually works in the open air, it is necessary to spray water on the site every one hour to reduce the relative temperature of the whole environment.
All equipment should avoid sun exposure as far as possible, check the electrical circuits frequently, and the places requiring oil should be refueled in time to see the heat dissipation of the motor, so as to prevent the motor from burning down due to overheating.
The concrete mixer should be stopped in time for a period of time. The concrete mixer truck should also be inspected in time, and the truck should be sent out in a cool and ventilated environment to check the tires and cool the concrete tank truck.
3. Fire prevention work of concrete mixer should also be done.
Fire extinguishers and other fire equipment should be checked in hot and dry weather, and emergency plans should be made for concrete mixer.
